Service exchange

Reduce equipment downtime with service exchange

Service exchange is designed to reduce costly equipment downtime.

Fast-track your equipment repairs, minimise risk, and shorten your shutdowns with our service exchange program. Your site won't experience delays because a spare exchange component like a radiator will already be onsite ready for changeout, rather than waiting for your component to be overhauled.

For planned maintenance, we can work with you to guarantee availability. In emergency situations, we can usually dispatch the exchange component to your site immediately.

FAQs

Can you provide genuine parts for your service exchange program?

All exchange radiators and aftercoolers are overhauled with OEM parts. All come with a minimum 1-year warranty while Mesabi components come with a warranty of up to 3 years against seal leakage.

How fast can you send an exchange radiator to my worksite?

If your required exchange radiator is in stock, we can send it to you immediately. Become a maintenance partner with us, and we guarantee there will always be an exchange radiator available for planned maintenance.

How is a service exchange different from a nosecone exchange?

Standard service exchange in the radiator industry refers to supplying a single cooling component for change out like a radiator.

Nosecone exchange has been truly pioneered on a large scale by Coxons Group and is when an entire nosecone module is supplied for changeout, which includes the radiator, aftercoolers, fan, fan motor, stairs, etc.

Is your service exchange program available for an entire fleet?

Yes, it is. We can establish a maintenance schedule that ensures exchange parts are delivered and changed out to avoid breakdowns and keep your fleet moving.
