Scott is a strategic and motivational leader with a growth-mindset and a passion for building and nurturing high performing teams.

His drive to cultivate positive, results-focused workplaces led him to Coxons Group in 2021, bringing with him an enviable record of delivery & execution excellence and deep experience across both operational & sales management, strategy formation and growth facilitation skills.

With more than 20 years’ experience in executive and leadership positions, Scott is an influential and inspiring energy force within the Coxons team. Relentlessly customer focussed, and never one to shy away from a challenge, Scott works hand-in-glove with teams across the business to drive the business forward and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and the community.

Prior to joining Coxons Group, Scott held senior roles in businesses spanning Automotive & Wholesale Distribution , Mining Services, Plant & Equipment Hire and Construction Materials.

Craig Sowden

CFO

Craig brings an impressive career history of more than 30 years of senior financial management spanning across Technology, Industrial Services, Credit Information, Automotive and Media industries.

With a Bachelor of Commerce and CPA qualification, Craig has significant experience in leading and managing change across systems and working with businesses to achieve exceptional financial outcomes. Craig’s passion for continuous improvement and innovation pairs perfectly with Coxons Group’s vision and values. 

Since joining in 2021, Craig has strengthened Coxons Group’s financial and accounting processes, transformed Coxons’ IT systems and functionalities, and has been instrumental in the company’s growth initiatives.

Stevie Ferguson

HR Manager

Heading up HR, People & Culture, Stevie has been an integral part of Coxons Group Australia since 2020.

Throughout her career with Coxons, Stevie has successfully developed and executed impactful cultural development programs with a focus on enhancing the employee experience. Her comprehensive experience and thoughtful insight enables Stevie to build strong and trusting relationships with team members across all areas of the business.

Process driven with high attention to detail and an effective communicator, Stevie’s HR leadership track record spans over a decade across Mining and Professional industries.

Leslie Schultze

East Coast Operations Manager

Leslie is an accomplished and goal-driven Operations Manager offering more than 20 years experience with a proven history of working in the mining, industrial, truck and machinery industries.

Excelling at organising and driving operations to effectively develop and enact company policies, Leslie increases Coxon’s operation efficiency while maintaining strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Leslie is currently studying an MBA with the Australian Institute of Business, and we look forward to his continued development with Coxons Group.

Geoff Gal

HSEQ Manager

A passionate people champion, Geoff is skilled at executing effective health, safety, environment and quality management systems for high risk environments. 

Bringing over 20 years of experience to the table, Geoff holds an extensive track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining our safety, environment and quality systems to exceed requirements of International Standards for external accreditation. 

Geoff’s positive attitude and commitment to the personal safety and productivity of our team members ensure they return home safely every day.

Rob Aitken

Manager – MineCool and Supply Chain

With a successful background in commerce and procurement, Rob manages relationships with clients and the operations teams to develop industry-leading operational and quality plans to maximise business profitability.

Rob’s focus as Manager – MineCool and Supply Chain is ensuring that our MineCool operations run to plan, as efficiently and productively as possible and that Coxons continues to exceed our clients’ expectations of delivery timelines, quality and value. 

Since joining Coxons Group, Rob has been integral in the successful acquisition integration, has implemented and standardised operational, warehousing and procurement processes across Coxons’ branches, and has built strong and meaningful relationships across our teams, customers and suppliers.

Following in his family’s footsteps, Joel has been with Coxons Group for over a decade, and continues to help accelerate the business while implementing new strategies for the Coxons Group evolution. 

Joel’s natural entrepreneurial drive has seen Coxons Group tap into new industries and geographies, and continues to inspire and facilitate the company’s mission and growth.

Cameron Heazlewood

Director

Cameron continues his family’s legacy by assisting our leadership team to develop new strategies and execute significant business projects that have led to immense company growth. 

After more than 10 years with Coxons Group and an engineering degree under his belt, Cameron is a technical expert with an eye for detail. Cameron’s extensive knowledge in cooling and heat exchange, and his natural ability to interpret and analyse data, has contributed to the soaring success of Coxons Group.
