About the Role

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor and working closely with the Storeperson and Leading Hands, the successful candidate be responsible for:

• Maintaining the laydown areas
• Loading and unloading goods
• Transferring components between bays
• Collecting and delivering goods
• Safe operation of forklift and MR truck

About You

You are a positive contributor and team player. You are a team player, motivated and organised. We’re looking for someone who has:

• A strong commitment to health and safety
• At least 2 years of experience as a Yardperson.
• Forklift license
• MR truck license
• The ability to follow procedures and directions
• The ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication
• Excellent health with a capacity to perform manual work
• A strong work ethic and is reliable and punctual
