What’s the role?
Based in Rockhampton and reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll form a part of our Strip & Assess team and be responsible for:
- Stripping, cleaning, and testing radiators and cooling components
- Sandblasting and buffing radiator tubes
- Assisting trade personnel and radiator repairers as needed
- Photographing components and completing job documentation
- Conducting preliminary quality inspections
- Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards
About You:
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are mechanically minded and enjoy hands-on work
- Have experience using hand tools and power tools
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to health & safety
- Can follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Are well organised, punctual and reliable
- Have good written and verbal communication
- Are physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Previous experience with radiators, cooling components or working on heavy equipment will be highly regarded.
