Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Planner, Workshop Supervisor and sales team to scope work, provide estimates, assist with the scheduling of work to meet customer deadlines, draft condition reports and maintain positive and productive working relationships with customers.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing scope of work from customers;
- Producing estimates and variations;
- Building condition reports;
- Accurate database management within the ERP system;
- Liaising with customers;
- Assisting with scheduling to ensure customer deadlines and requirements are met;
- Overseeing purchasing of parts.
About the Person
- At least 5 years’ of prior experience in a similar role;
- Customer service experience in an automotive or industrial workshop highly regarded;
- Mechanical trade certificate highly regarded;
- Experience in radiator, air and oil heat transfer components highly regarded.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Project and Excel.
- Experience with CatSIS.
- Strong time management and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
