About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will plan all work for the branch, including the management of the master plan and weekly schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the master plan and weekly schedule for the branch;
  • Creating parts lists and overseeing timely purchasing;
  • Overseeing freight and return of exchange components;
  • Scheduling labour in the workshop;
  • Planning and controlling refurbished parts; and
  • Database management.

About You 

You are a positive contributor and team player that possesses natural leadership qualities. You have experience in mechanical planning and are detail oriented, motivated and organised.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years’ of prior experience in a planning and scheduling role.
  • Is competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
  • Has experience using CatSIS.
  • Holds a mechanical trade qualification – highly regarded.
  • Possesses strong time management and coordination skills.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Is reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Has a strong commitment to health and safety.
