This month we are shining the spotlight on Jeremy Talin, our Planning and Inventory Lead in the Brisbane Head Office.
At Coxons Group, great people drive great outcomes — and Jeremy Talin is a prime example of that. From starting in customer service to now leading long-term planning and inventory across the business, his journey reflects a strong commitment to quality, precision, and progress.
Originally from France, Jeremy studied electricity and began his career working for a pump manufacturer. Eager to see more of the world, he made the move to Australia where he eventually settled in Brisbane and started his career at Coxons Group as a Customer Service Officer.
“I was learning to surf back home, but the nearest beach was seven hours away,” he laughs. “Australia just made sense.”
Jeremy quickly built a reputation for reliability and became a trusted point of contact for both internal teams and customers. Earlier this year, Jeremy was officially promoted into the newly created Planning and Inventory Lead role and has hit the ground running.
Jeremy says the supportive and down-to-earth culture at Coxons makes a real difference.
”The Coxons culture is pretty relaxed. Everyone is easy going, get’s along well, and is keen to help each other. I think it makes everyone feel part of a team. It’s a great atmosphere to work in.”
