Monthly Employee Spotlight with Jacob Wittmann

This month’s Employee Spotlight features Jacob Wittmann, our Service Coordinator – his career journey began with us back in 2017.

Jacob’s story is one of professional growth and self-directed learning and he is a wonderful example of the experience that Coxons aims to foster for all of our people. 

Starting as a Workshop Assistant in Rockhampton in 2017, Jacob was promoted to Radiator Repairer and then Warehouse Storeperson, where he completed a Cert III in Warehousing to support his development. More recently, Jacob advanced into the role of Service Coordinator, using his end-to-end operations experience to enhance the function of this position company-wide. 

Starting in a base-level position, Jacob is now part of the key operations team at Coxons’ biggest branch in the country. Jacob said, “The thing I love the most about working at Coxons is the opportunity to learn and grow.” 

Jacob is most proud of coming into the Service Coordinator position with minimal administration experience and being supported to make it his own, resulting in improved customer communications and satisfaction.
