How does it work?
Coxons provides a rapid Australia-wide service to exchange and replace a range of Caterpillar cooling components across our Singleton, Rockhampton and Mackay workshops.
Once our team receives a request from a customer, we manufacture a high-quality, OEM standard module specific to the type of Caterpillar machine – in line with our customers’ scope of work. The rebuilt asset is then sent directly to the mine site, in time for the machine shutdown. The customer then sends us the used asset soon after.
For unexpected breakdown events, customers can call on us for emergency dispatch of Service Exchange components and entire Nosecone modules. Depending on availability, our team can offer quick Caterpillar radiator repair and return solutions – meaning you can get the machine back online sooner.

Fully Assembled Nosecones
When we exchange your Caterpillar Nosecone, it’s a turnkey solution – ready to go. All Caterpillar Nosecones we distribute come fully assembled with the guard, radiator, aftercoolers, fan, fan motor, dual tilt manifold, doors, yokes, wiring harness, oil coolers, and header tank. These are tailored to your specific serial number and cooling arrangement, and the scope of the exchange module can also be modified to suit your requirements.
