This month, we’re putting the spotlight on Aaron Pittman, better known as ‘Pitto’, our Singleton Branch Manager, whose passion for people and commitment to building a supportive team culture make him a valued part of Coxons Group.
A trade-qualified Fitter and Machinist, Aaron has built an extensive career in the industry, working his way through from workshop roles to national management. Since joining Coxons Group as Workshop Supervisor, Aaron has progressed into the Branch Manager role, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience and a genuine passion for supporting his people.
For Aaron, it’s the people who make Coxons a great place to work.

It’s this culture that Aaron takes pride in fostering at Singleton. His leadership philosophy is simple: look after your people, and they’ll look after you. By encouraging flexibility, mutual respect and a supportive working environment, Aaron has built a team that understands the importance of having each other’s backs, both at work and outside of it.
Having worked his way up from the workshop floor, Aaron also understands the challenges that come with transitioning into leadership. His advice to anyone looking to follow a similar path? Don’t rush it. Take the time to learn, gain experience and allow your leadership skills to develop naturally.
