Our operations will continue

Our Response to COVID-19

We are all facing uncertain times, and we want to reassure everyone that we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers, team members, and the wider community.

We will continue to implement all government and health advice as it is made available, and we are currently operating with the following protocols in place:

  • Social distancing is in place at all of our sites.
  • All site access point doors are now locked with visitors required to make contact via phone call to a customer service person.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting of incoming and outgoing freight is mandatory.
  • Glasses, gloves and face masks are mandatory PPE requirements for all Coxons Group staff.
  • Increased cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, workspaces, tooling and staff amenities at increased frequency.

What this means for you?

Coxons Group Australia aims to have no interruption to any of our operations. Our staff will comply with the safety protocols set by Coxons Group Australia at all times. Employees picking up or delivering items to customer sites will adhere to all relevant safety protocols as required. We will keep customers informed of item availabilities during this time, advising of any limitations to the global supply chain.
